Please note- We currently only post inside the UK

FREE UK Standard Delivery (using Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded) for all orders over £50. Returns will need to be paid for by the customer, and we would recommend returning via recorded delivery

Takes 2-3 working days from dispatch for mainland UK destinations. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days (Weekends & Bank Holidays are not classed as working days)

We will email you a dispatch confirmation when we have dispatched your order

Returns

We hope that you will love your purchase from Fouf, but if you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please return items back to us in the original packaging, with any labels still intact, and make sure that the goods are in the same condition you received them. Buyer to pay for Returns Postage (see below)

How to make a return

Please Email Me so I can provide you with a return reference and address. Please return your item(s) in original condition, unworn with all tags attached, and within 14 days from the date of receipt

Fouf does not cover the cost of returning the item. I recommend using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery so your parcel is insured and can be tracked. Fouf cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel whilst in transit

Faulty or damaged items

Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have any issues with missing, faulty, or damaged goods. Please Email Me including your name, order number, and details of the fault and we will do our very best to ship a replacement, repair the item or refund you

​Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure your returned item reaches us safely. We advise that you ship your item(s) using a service that insures you for the value and guarantees delivery. Please keep your postage receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your item(s)

Refunds

When trying on items of clothing please do not remove the labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, deodorant, or tan that may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. If the item meets return requirements (unworn, unmarked, and odor-free with all tags attached) a refund will be processed no later than 14 days from the date Fouf received your returned goods.

Please note that Fouf will not refund the cost of any original delivery fee or the return postage fee
